Minutes were taken by Alistair Green in Rosanna’s absence.

Weekends

Keswick weekend is cancelled as only two people signed up.

Suggestion - For future weekends, discuss with members first and book only if there is sufficient buy-in.

Walks Programme

Still having difficulty recruiting leaders.

Programme for September to be published soon.

AOB

The Annual General Meeting needs to be planned urgently - to discuss in the next meeting. Aim to hold it in person; money is available to book a venue. Potentially have it at the end of a weekend walk.

Next meeting date and venue

Another meeting to be held before the end of August if possible, when Rosanna is available.
